We use your name and contact details to respond to your travel enquiry, coordinate your requested services and manage your optional Mystic Circle membership. Marketing updates are optional. Contact us by email to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or to stop receiving updates.

Visits, campaigns and cookie choices

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Optional Google Analytics cookies help us understand page visits and successful enquiries. If advertising measurement is enabled and you allow it, Google Ads can measure which campaigns lead to enquiries. We keep advertising personalisation disabled. Optional tags load only after your permission. You can decline them and still use our enquiry forms, or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number or enquiry message. We remove URL query strings from page addresses sent with those events and exclude member-account and Studio pages. With the relevant cookie permission, campaign information and advertising click identifiers may be saved alongside your enquiry to help our team understand its source. These services process device and online identifiers; they are not anonymous. Your cookie choice is remembered for up to six months.

Mystic Circle sign-in

When you join with Google or ChatGPT, we receive your account identifier, email address and, where available, your name to create and secure your membership. We do not receive access to your Gmail messages or ChatGPT conversations. Email sign-in uses a time-limited link. Necessary cookies keep you signed in, and you can sign out at any time. Journey inspiration and promotional emails require your separate, optional preference.

Our website uses a sending service to deliver membership links and enquiry notifications. Your enquiry is also stored securely in our studio so our team can follow up.
